I’ve used Diana Lipari as my realtor for 4 years now. We started our relationship in the fall of ’95 when I was looking to purchase my first house in the San Fernando Valley. I was a bit intimidated by the home buying process, since it was new for me. We selected as assortment of desirable neighborhoods first. Then we did a search of potential houses in the price range I could afford. Diana then went out and pre-screened the houses and selected the best houses in each area. We then went to look at each of the selected houses and she gave me her honest opinion of the strengths and weaknesses of each house and it’s location. We searched for about 3 months until she found a house that was perfectly suited to me. All of her advice was right on and honest, and ultimately helped me to successfully purchase that house. About a year after my first purchase, I had put some money away for investment, and decided to purchase a rental property. I now felt comfortable with purchasing real estate and worked again with Diana. We found another house, and she was instrumental in the purchase of the house. Through her negotiation skills, we were able to buy the house quite a bit under market value. A year after that, I bought another rental property through Diana, again she was instrumental in a below market purchase price, and we were able to sell the property a year later for $105,000 more than the purchase price. I appreciate her skills and professionalism more than words can say. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. She truly is the greatest. Thank you for everything Diana.
