Although new to the Massachusetts real estate industry, Diana Lipari brings over 25 years of experience from her real estate career in Los Angeles, California where she was consistently a Top Producer in the very competitive LA real estate market. Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York majoring in Political Science and Philosophy. Having studied music from the age of five, Diana went on to a career singing opera in New York, Paris and Los Angeles. She also appeared in musical comedy productions in New York and Los Angeles theaters, in films and on television. Her past experience as a performer and also as a voice teacher sharpened her skills as a communicator. These skills have served her well in the real estate profession. Although real estate is more than a full-time profession, Diana loves to spend time with her husband Richard, showing her “Best in Show” beagles and pursuing a life-long interest in archaeology and history.

‟I've used Diana Lipari as my realtor for 4 years now. We started our relationship in the fall of '95 when I was looking to purchase my first house in the San Fernando Valley. I was a bit intimidated by the home buying process, since it was new for me. We selected as assortment of desirable neighborhoods first. Then we did a search of potential hous … es in the price range I could afford. Diana then went out and pre-screened the houses and selected the best houses in each area. We then went to look at each of the selected houses and she gave me her honest opinion of the strengths and weaknesses of each house and it's location. We searched for about 3 months until she found a house that was perfectly suited to me. All of her advice was right on and honest, and ultimately helped me to successfully purchase that house. About a year after my first purchase, I had put some money away for investment, and decided to purchase a rental property.
